Simple Feast is a plant-based meal subscription service that delivers pre-made food to people's homes. Together with Akseli Kouvo, I came up with the idea for the world’s first Quit Meat Helpline that people can call to learn more about how to live a greener life easily. The controversial PR story was picked up by almost all major newspapers in Denmark as well as featured on national TV.
